What is online personal training?

Online PT is a more affordable, accessible way to get services from a personal trainer delivered straight to your inbox. Online training is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated and have strong accountability. Training packages include a personalized program based on your goals, limitations, and/or time constraints.

 

What should you expect when you purchase an online personal training program?

Health Questionairre & Food Log. This form will identify important factors such as past injuries, sleep habits, and your history with exercise. You will also be requested to log at least three days of "normal" eating so I can get a feel for where you currently are nutritionally. Please be as honest as possible, and the more information the better!

 

Fitness & Movement Video Assessment. This is an important step in evaluating where our starting point is. Before beginning this assessment, you will be linked to a few private video demonstrations on what I'm looking for. You will be instructed to give me a few videos of yourself demonstrating these movements. It's completely okay if you can't do them perfectly. This just gives me a reference point so we can keep you injury-free, while doing the best exercises for your body.

 

Individualized Exercise & Nutrition Program. Once I have evaluated both your fitness questionairre and video assessment, you will be provided with your brand new workout program! Every two weeks, we will have "check-ins" where I can review your training and nutrition. Every four weeks, you will be given an updated workout program to ensure progress and break through any plateus.
